IIS6 web site dosn't start afert Exchange Installation

HI
I have an windows 2003 enterprise server. I intall II6
and configure a test web site. All work good for now.

I install Exchange 2000 server and after I install
Exchange SP3.

After that my web site do not work anymore. In the IIS
console if I try to start my test web site (When the PC
boot all web site goes to stop) i got this error:
"The process cannot access the file because it is being
used by another process".

Why Exchange use some IIS6 file and block it? Any advise
to start my web sites?

Exchange 2000 isn't supported on Windows Server 2003, I'm surprised it even
installed at all
