Hi Schooleneed,
I have this same issue on a front end mail server. The only setting that
changes is the SSL port information is cleared and must be re-entered. On my
side it appears that the only time it changes is when the server gets an
update and is subsequently rebooted, but it may be simply when it is
rebooted. In trying to replicate the problem I could not get consistent
results. I configured an exchange HTTP virtual directory in system manager
rather than leaving the default configuration and I think this is when the
problem began. Do you have an HTTP virtual directory configured as well? I
think David might be on the right track with the settings being updated from
elsewhere and I think it might be some conflict between the virtual directory
configuration and the IIS configuration, but I haven't been able to test the
theory yet. Let me know if you come up with any solutions.
