IIS 6.0 Cannot rename file with an exsiting filename.

Does anyone face this problem in IIS6.0?

I've found an article in microsoft Q309634 (IIS 5.0: Cannot Rename File with Existing File Name ). The recommended workaround is to set a field in the metabase property AllowReplaceOnRename to true.
>> mdutil Set MSFTPSVR/n/AllowReplaceOnRename 1

I've tried it, but it is not working in IIS6.0.
Anyone has a solution to this? or is this a bug.

Have you searched the metabase to see if that property
still exists? If so, the fix for 5 may still apply.
