Post subject: IIS 7 remote administration

Foolish question, but what are the Windows versions that may
be used to manage W2k8 IIS 7 delegated sites via remote use of
IIS admin gui (not RPC/TS) and now that W2k8 has RTM'd are
there downloads available (perhaps an update for Vista also) ?
