IIS and XP Pro: "Cannot find Server or DNS Error"

I have XP Pro installed and IIS 5. I've done nothing
fancy, just went with all the default settings. When I
try to open a simple htm file I receive the error "Cannot
find Server or DNS Error". I am not using SSL, can anyone
advise. Thank you.

....where are you browsing from? Are you using a browser on the same machine
as the IIS server? What are you entering into the address bar?
