Is there a upgrade to IIS6 for W2k, or is that just a
Server2003 product?

You have to upgrade to Win2k3 if you want to use iis 6<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

Hello,

IIS 6.0 is part of the OS; and you cannot run it on another OS besides
Windows Server 2003.
