Is there any way to run a web server in Windows Server 2003 inside a Virtual Machine (VMware Workstation), running under Windows XP Professional? Both "machines" are connected via a virtual network connection, and the server is running flawlessly inside the LAN (checked by other "real" computers in it). But I can't reach it from the internet, and it seems like it needs some minor adjustments on Windows XP for it to work.
The main OS (WinXP) has a 192.168.0.1 address inside the LAN, and a public IP outside. The WS2003 has a 192.168.0.33 IP, and connects to the internet through the gateway. This is the only server I'd like to use.

Any ideas?

You should probably ask this question in the
microsoft.public.virtualpc group.

Could not find such group. Are you sure this is the right address: microsoft.public.virtualpc ?

Yes, that is the correct name.

Here's the webinterface:

Thanks for the help, I've managed to work things out. I've just forwarded web server service at ICS to WS2003. Never thought that it could be so simple....
