I have added a server to my domain for intranet applications
The proglem is with the IUSR account created for the server.
The account is not showing up as a user for the domain.
What do I have to do to make the computer a menber of the domain

If the server is only a member server (and not a DC) then the IUSR account
that's created is a local account. If for some reason you need to use a
domain account, then manually create it and set IIS to use it.
