Is SSL as a whole failing or just through ASPTear?
Can you access a simple HTML page through SSL?
Where did you obtain the certificate from?
If you do a netstat -an from a command line is there anything listening on
Port 443?
Are you going through a proxy?

Thank you for choosing Microsoft
