Check for a User.dmp file in the \winnt directory. Verify that the date on
it matches the date of your Dr. Watson log. If it is there, download the
debugger pack (www.microsoft.com/ddk/debugging). Then run Windbg.
1) Open the dump file (<ctrl-d>).
2) Set your symbol path (the website w/the debugger pack has directions)
3) Type .reload <enter>
4) Type kb <enter>
Copy the output to a posting and we'll take a look.
