Hi,
The problem is you saw the time in the log files has several hours error
according to your local time, right?
This should be caused by W3C Extended log always uses GMT time. This is a
by design behavior which follows W3C standard. There are serveral appraches
to work around this issue like change the logging to IIS Log File format or
converting the existing log files by using convlog tool.
Please refer to the following article for the details:
271196 IIS Log File Entries Have the Incorrect Date and Time Stamp

194699 Extended Log File Format Always in GMT

If you have any further questions or concern on this issue, please don't
hesitate to let me know.
Have a great weekend.
Sincerely,
WenJun Zhang

Note: The MSDN Managed Newsgroup support offering is for non-urgent issues
where an initial response from the community or a Microsoft Support
Engineer within 1 business day is acceptable. Please note that each follow
up response may take approximately 2 business days as the support
professional working with you may need further investigation to reach the
most efficient resolution. The offering is not appropriate for situations
that require urgent, real-time or phone-based interactions or complex
project analysis and dump analysis issues. Issues of this nature are best
handled working with a dedicated Microsoft Support Engineer by contacting
Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) at:
