Can you report the "data" mentioned in each event you gave?
The problem looks like "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web
Server Extensions\40\bin\fpexedll.dll" does not exist -- hence when the site
loads, it fails on startup. The "data" is going to give the reason for
failing to load, which we need to know so that we know how to correct the
issue.

With the components above i got a problem:
I had to transfer the Exchange server from an old hardware to a Dual Opteron
Machine with the way mentionned in KB822945 and nearly all was working fine.
About two weeks ago i got the information from my mobile users that can´t
access with OWA. I tried to access the server with OWA or only to access the
default website in IIS 6. Unfortunately i always get the server message
"Service unavailable".
I examined the Web apps and the website, all were running.
But httperr.log sometimes says something like 503 service unavailable
appclosed
In the eventlogs i rarely get these messages:
