I am an ASP.NET developer, and would want to know from where can I get IIS

Some of my clients have servers installed from central Images of OS, and may
not have access to the image when required to install IIS. So we want to
package IIS on the installation package itself, just like MSDE can be
packaged.

On our machines (WIN2k based), we have IIS 5. Now if we need IIS 6, or
higher, can we get it.

Thanks

Nitin Singh

If we take our own Windows CD to the client along with us, and install just
IIS from it, does it violate licensing issues. Else how can we provide IIS,
which is a pre-requisite for the application.

Since it is not installed with the default setup, most of the client
machines don't have it.

Thanks

Nitin

Can't speak for the licensing issues, but technically it should work.
