It'll vary, some will be political opinion that's not at all
popular, other stuff might be a mirror of someone's website with
cynical alterations to illustrate the idiocy of the original.
The web hosts *will* get complains, but not through official
channels afaics, just people whinging that either a.) they just
don't like it or b.) it's a copy of their own site and they might
cite copyright infringement.
But the last one is a difficult one as ifaics the only copyright
would be intellectually based on either photos or dialogue.
