For starters, click on Help. You're looking for Internet Information
Services and the help is pretty dgood at explaining how to install it.
Depending on your web, you can just copy the files to the server's web
folder, or you can install FrontPage extensions to publish the web.
the FrontPage newsgroups are a big help with problems there.
