You will want to debug this. A common issue is an endless loop in some asp code; might want to do a quick code review; make sure if you have 'on error
resume next', that the developer is performing some error handling somewhere within his code; if not, get rid of these statements.

| Once a while my web server had a high CPU utility which caused unaccessable
| to the company website. Under the 'Windows Task Manager', an 'Image Name'
| inetinfo.exe caused the high CPU uitility. I had to either stop & restart
