Help!! IIS loads 1/2 a page

I am having a problem with IIS and I am hoping someone can help. It started
off being a windows xp pro firewall problem and someone suggested I use the
following commands to get it to work:
winmgmt /?
winmgmt /clearadap
winmgmt /kill
winmgmt /unregserver
winmgmt /regserver
winmgmt /resyncperf

Well the firewall didnt work but ever since then IIS only delivers half a
page. The page shows up fin andthen halfway through, it stops and starts
showing code. The pages were working fine before

I tried to uninstall IIS and reinstall it but it didnt help. I am running
IIS 5.1 on win sp por.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
