Please Help - DLLHOST Crash (IISSTATE Log File)

I am running IIS5 on Win2k server. DLLHost crashes (Dr. Watson)
atleast 6-7 times in a day and each time I run IISSTATE, I get the
following:

Also, is there any site which can help me in understanding IISSTATE
log and dmp file generated?

Looks like a problem w/COM. Have you installed SP4?
