HTTP Uploads in IIS

Anyone know if there's a built in method to allow simple http uploads with
IIS 6? The easier the better, as I'm dealing with some 'simple' users.

I've seen some third party ($$) tools, but would have thought this
functionality should be in the actual product.

If you mean really "simple" file upload and if you client systems support
it, WebDAV could be an option:
