I was wondering if it is possible to set up an IIS server to handle both
HTTP and HTTPS requests? I want a server to have access only by HTTPS
requests from the outside and by HTTP from the inside. I can restrict HTTP
from the outside by port restrictions via our firewall.

If so, how do you do it?

Thanks for all your help.

Yes, an IIS website can respond to both, and does by default when you set up
SSL.

if you can reliably block non-SSL requests at the firewall, I'd say do it
that way
