HTTP 500 Error on Windows XP 64 running ASP app

Hi,

I'm getting a 500 HTTP error running an ASP application on Windows XP 64bit.
The following is logged in the event log

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation
permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{0C0A3666-30C9-11D0-8F20-00805F2CD064}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE SID (S-1-5-20). This security
permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

However it's strange as I've tried putting the application into it's own app
pool and changing the security to local system instead of network service
and still the same error.

Try the following:

1. Start DCOMCNFG
2. Under Component Services -> My Computer -> Dcom Config -> Machine Debug
Manager properties then Security tab
3. In Launch and Activation Permissions box click Edit
4. Add Network Service with Local Launch and Local Activation permissions
