HELP! Installed IIS and Apache Wont Work Now

I installed IIS last night.

You see, my girlfriend, who is going to night school, is taking a class in
ColdFusion. So, as a favor, I installed a copy of her Dreamwaever software
on my laptop so she could do her homework.

This is my development PC that's running W2K Pro, Apache, PHP, MYSQL,
Netbeans, VisiualAge Java EE, & WebSphere Studio.

I've been doing all of my web work via WebSphere Studio and using Apache to
serve it all up.

Well, after I rebooted, Apache will not start.

Any ideas, suggestions whilst I'm headed to the Apache site for addition
help?

Also, should I dump my girl friend? (ha ha).

Probably because both of them (Apache and IIS) are running on the
same port (80). Move one of them on a different port and they will
work.
