If your goal, as you say, is "total service", then you need to fix that
site.
It looks pretty, but the markup is a mess -

First mistake - you've used Dreamweaver's "Layout View" when making your
page's table structure. Because of this, that table is a mess.

For example: What does this row do? Nothing? Then it doesn't need to be
there.

I will second that. It does really look great, especially in IE.
I checked the portfolio and some of the work isn't half bad
either.

I agree though they need to fix their markup. That site
could be perfect with a little more effort.

* Those flashing arrows are quite a distraction
* Your fonts are all over the place, type-wise
* dark grey is a poor highlight choice
* the animated lines are distracting
* the orange on white is hard to read
* the grid backdrop is unnecessary

I like larger, easily readable text.

I do not like the site at all.
