Yes. By definition they are part of the 'example.com' domain. If you read
the details of the Inktomi indexing methodology used by Google and others,
you'll see they find the root page and work from there, and do the whole
site at one time. If <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.example.com/" target="_blank">http://www.example.com/</a> isn't in their index, then
