Perhaps to see if still attracts people, often, free web hosting does not
give all the features one needs. Therefore for a low fee, which is not much
more than a coffee a month, someone can get hassle free, full serviced Web
Hosting.

Well I don't know, my new webhoster costs 1¤ per month and
they never said it was 'near free'. Cheap, but not near
free. Of course it does not have all these features but
still, the important on this group is the price.

$3.45 a month? That's some quite expensive coffee, then. The local
restaurant charges less than half that amount for a cup of coffee.
