Front Page Server Extensions

Just learning the basics here.

1. Under what circumstances would one want to configure Front Page Server
Extensions for a Web site in IIS6.0?

2. Are there "server extensions" other than "Front Page" server extensions?

Hi Frankie,

In case, you need to use FrontPage or VS.net to edit the web site,
you should extend that site with FrontPage Server Extension.

The Windows Sharepoint Service is a new version of FPSE. If you want
to create a SharePoint site, install WSS on the server.
