Having trouble with Front Page Form on Windows 2003 Server with IIS 6.0.
(Front Page 2003).

The user logs in, and completes a form. After completing a form and
submitting the information, if the user tries to reset and fill in the
form again, he will get an "access denied" message from the server.
Even if he goes to another web site and then comes back to try to
resubmit-- same thing.

If he closes IE and re-opens it and re-logs in-- no problem. Difficult
problem to describe in a succinct google-type search formulary...

Any help appreciated...

Apparently the solution is to create a subweb and configure the entire
subsite for the security you want. The form and the text file receiving
the data need to be in the subsite. The recipient file needs to be in
_private.

In case anybody else needs this solution....
