Hi,
Is it possible to pre-populate a web form ?

i.e. can I have a form at say webform.shtml but the link to the form can be
tailored to include a reference number which is auto-populated in the form ?
Similar to using the mailto:sss@sss.com?SUBJECT=blahblahblah
where the subject line is pre-populated ?

Help gratefully received.

Thanks
Matt

Err yes, if your talking about having a field in a form with it pre filled
in then:

In Dreamweaver it is the box called "Init Val" in the propetys pannel

In FrontPage double click the text field and put what you want in the field
"Inital vaule:"

Is that helpful?
