Form fields not saving in Access database

I am using windows-xp with IIS and Front Page. I have
developed a feedback form through Front page and linked
the fields to Ms-Access data base which in fpdb folder of
Mywebpage.
The form is working fine and the fields are accepted and
the posting confirmation also displayes but the the
database base is not getting updated.
Please help me !
