Flash is run on the client, so you just need to make sure that the necessary
files can be downloaded.

So there are no changes/additions needed to be made to IIS 5 in order for it
to be able to serve flash things?

I don't know how your server is configured, so i cannot tell if you need to
change anything. In general, you just need to make sure that the files can
be downloaded by the client. This can be prevented by URLScan and/or mime
type configuration (or any other custom code).
