Hi. I set it up wrong the first time too.
You have set the outgoing mail server to smtp.freeserve.com (I presume
you're using that ISP as you have an email account with them - I use the
same incidently)?
The account name is the one you sign up for, and just that. Don't add
anything after the name (so no @fateback.com).
Your email address is different to your account name, btw. This is where I
slipped up. You can have anything @ website-name dot fateback dot com, your
email address is not username @ fateback dot com. Perhaps that is your
problem too?
I set up an account with them, and then added a virtual host for my website.
It is this name that is used for your email address. So your email address
for that virtual host becomes anything @ virtualhostname dot fateback dot
com. But your account name you have to use is the one you originally signed
up with (mine are different, yours might be the same, I don't know).
I'm not sure how clear it is - it's trial and error. They have a FAQ -
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.fateback.com/faq.html," target="_blank">http://www.fateback.com/faq.html,</a> but it's not exactly clear. I'll try and
help you anyway I can if I messed up the explanation.
Good luck!
