I used Fantastico to add phpadsnew to one of my sites. I noticed in
cpanel/mysql that it added 192.168.1.% as an access host... Is this normal?

o 10.0.0.0 – 10.255.255.255

o 172.16.0.0 – 172.31.255.255

o 192.168.0.0 – 192.168.255.255

are all private (non routable) ranges.

Ref: RFC1918 (I think)
