Is it possible to configure IIS5 to have different FTP
users with different permissions? If so, how is this done?

hi,
you set can set the ftp server to use anonymous connexions (and the user
will always remain the same)
or
set it to prompt the use for a login and password (site root, right click,
properties, security tab)
