1&1 FTP details

I use 1&1. I emailed them on Friday afternoon and got a reply today
(Thursday). Bearing in mind Monday was a bank holiday, I don't think that's
a big deal. They apologised for any delay. There could be any number of
reasons for that.

If you're really impatient, call them on 08708 503305 between 8am and 8pm
Monday to Friday.

I don't think thats really acceptable - my host reply within 30 mins at the
most (UKWSD)
