FTP: bandwidth throttling @ KB/S?

Hi,

Is there a way to enable bandwidth throttling on an FTP virtual server on
IIS5?

The Bandwidth throttling feature is available only for websites in IIS.

You cannot enable bandwidth throttling for ftp sites.
