Post subject: IIS 5 FTP Config

I set up a FTP Server and it is working. The only thing I
would like to change is the way users have to log in.
Instead of just typing their username they have to type
the domain/username, and then it prompts for a password.
Is there a way that the Server will know that the domain
will be "domain" so that they can just type in their
username and not domain/username??

Hi,

Go to a command prompt in %SystemRoot%\Inetpub\AdminScripts
and type:

Adsutil Set MSFTPSVC/DefaultLogonDomain "Domain Name"

where "Domain Name" is the domain name of your FTP server.
