I am using a Netopia router and I am trying to open port 80. I have to
open a pinhole. When I try to open it, I have a menu in front of me
that asks what internal and external ports I want to open. I put 80 in
both internal and external, it gives me a conflict error. How can I
open port 80?

It sounds like you are setting up port forwarding. You can't forward
a port to itself. In general, to open up port 80 you need to allow
port 80 inbound to the IP that the webserver is running on.
