IIS Error when creating a project in .NET

Hi,

I just have IIS(5.1) and Visual Studio.NET installed on
my PC and is getting started to create a web app. When I
was trying to create a new project by choosing Visual C#
Projects as project type and ASP.NET Web Applicaiton as
template, after I clickedo on Ok button, I got the
following error:

Visual Studio.NET has detected that the specified Web
Server is not running .NET version 1.1. You will be
unable to run ASP.Net Web applications or services.

Any idea about what is wrong?
