Error Message HTTP 401

When a user views my website with AOL as their internet service provider they receive the error page HTTP Error 401. Please post a message with any relevant info on how to allow AOL users to access the page.

A 401 means they are unable to authenticate (or denied access). Are you
just restricting authentication to Windows Integrated? If so, try adding
Basic as well.
