Hi,
10.x.x.x is a private IP range, i.e, an internal network. Your ISP is
probably assigning an internal IP then letting you out over a NAT
connection. If this is the case, hosting will be impossible unless you can
get your ISP to set up a special connection for you. Of course, odds are
with most ISPs that do this, they probably did it intentionally and made it
against their TOS to host
