What's The Difference?

.... between

Redirect permanent /one http://www.yoursite.com/two

and

Redirect /one http://www.yoursite.com/two?

And what does this accomplish:

Redirect 303 /three http://www.yoursite.com/other

I'm trying to figure out how the server behaves when it comes across the
last couple Redirects, how the brower behaves, and anything else.
