Creating a new web site

I'm running IIS 5.1 on an XP machine. I'm trying to create a second website
(running on a different port). Apparently, I should be able to right click
on the Web Sites folder, and select New -> Web Site. The new menu does not
exist. I've looked everywhere, and I can't find a way to create a new site.
Should I be able to? What am I missing? Thanks!

Hi Jason

You cannot run 2 websites on a workstation like XP Pro or 2000 Pro, you will
need a server version for that
