Cannot Create new Web Site

I've got Win XP Pro SP1 and IIS 5.1. I want to create a new web site
different from the Default Web Site. However There isn't any option "New Web
Site" in the menus of the IIS, or any Web Site Creation Wizard. How can I
create a new web site?

Remove "kk" from the address

You need a server OS to do that
-or-
Use non-IIS webserver software (eg Apache)
