Content filtering software module

Hi,

Is there content filtering sotware module which is able to
determine, when given an url or a web page, the associated
content is adult related or not ? I'm not looking for
end product but a sotware module that could be integrated
with Apache server (1.3*) running on windows platform, e.g..

Why do you want to integrate it with Apache? To automatically add PICS
(IIRC) info?
