Windows Server 2003 with SP1 is running IIS 6.0. Client is Windows 2000 Pro
with IE 6. When I download a large file (424 MB) from the server over the
internet, the download begins, but then fails when the download reaches 177
MB and shows the following error:
Internet Explorer cannot download <filename> from <servername>. The server
returned and invalid or unrecognized response.

The httperr.log in C:\WINDOWS\system32\LogFiles\HTTPERR on the server has a
line item:
2006-02-14 23:09:01 <IP Address> 11715 192.168.2.14 443 HTTP/1.1 GET
/downloads/pvx_frm/2_3_0/PVX230B9.zip - 1 Connection_Abandoned_By_AppPool
DefaultAppPool

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
