What ISP are you using. If your ISP allow for Relay to it I would setup a
direct smart host with your ISP SMTP server. This will route all mail to
your ISP server and then to your destination.
It's under the properties of the default smtp server.
You can also setup a SMTP connectors to certain Domains that are rejecting
your e-mail, but I recommend the first option.
