I dunno about that - there's still complaints on the CAIP (Canadian
Association of Internet Providers) list that the Cable co's still make it
nearly impossible to resell Cable.
I mean, look on my own site, <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.canadianisp.com" target="_blank">http://www.canadianisp.com</a> - select
"Toronto" and "Cable" and you'll only get 7 ISPs selling Cable broadband
in Canada's largest city. (I notice that Storm is one of them, so you
guys must have some hefty negotiatiors
The same search for DSL in Toronto brings up 70 ISPs. Just to put things
in perspective, we've got about 80% of all ISPs in Canada who have self-
registered on our site.

Gawd, that'd be a little too Orwellian for me, if true - the .ca is a
Canadian product that just about all of us should be able to resell
without further funding yet another government org in one of the most
taxed nations on Earth
