Hello,

I have IIS 5.0 on SBS 2000 and I'm trying to restrict the network bandwith
it can occupy. Within the property window I checked "Enable Bandwith
Throttling" and set it to 16KB/s. But when I try to get something over HTTP
from this server I get a speed close to the LAN bandwith (about 1 MB/s).

Does this feature ("Enable Bandwith Throttling") has any sence in IIS 5.0
and what more I have to do to make it running?

Thanks,
George
