I am posting here to warn anyone looking for an ecommerce merchant
account NOt to use eclear (based at
www.eclear.net). We started using
them 4 months ago but they have yet to forward a single payment
despite us being well over their agreed remittance amount. They refuse
to answer any phone calls, voicemails, emails or letters. We have
found out that at least another 5 small business like ourselves are in
a similar situation with their money being witheld.
Don't give these people your business, you'll never see your money
again. We're now in the position of having to seek legal advice to
retrieve our funds and I don't want anyone else who's trying to start
up in business to end up in the same situation.
Avoid eclear!
