Automated Money Transfer

Hi everybody,

Do you know if it is possible to automatically transfer money from my
account to others. For example, I would like to pay money to owner of
websites, who sends visitors to my site. In this case I have to pay to
hundreds users everyday. Can it be done automatically? Does anybody
provide such such services (like PayPal)?
